Fried Liver Attack
A trap for White in the Italian Game: Two Knights Defense, Knight Attack, Normal Variation. Black's natural-looking Nxd5 gives White a winning attack on the exposed king.

Taking back on d5 with the knight lets Nxf7 tear the king out. Qf3+ then hits the king and the pinned knight on d5.
What it wins
White gets a winning attack on the exposed king.
